James delivered my lift chair today ahead of my shoulder surgery tomorrow morning. Was exactly on time as he said he would be. Very pleasant young man who was very polite and had my chair set up and ready in just a short time. He explained all the details and gave me a rundown on how everything worked. After a few minutes of conversation on how I hurt my shoulder and it was while gator hunting in September. Well that’s when he found out I had been on Swamp People. I gave him a little tour of my shop and explained a little bit of what I do. If every business had an employee like James, they would always have customers. I know that I will probably be having surgeries as long as I keep going wide open and will use this company when me or my family needs medical equipment.
